Each session follows a structured, progression-based training program that is carefully designed to help participants build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness. The program incorporates progressive overload principles, ensuring that exercises gradually increase in intensity and complexity over time to promote continuous improvement.

Training sessions include a mix of strength training, functional movement, and mobility work, tailored to individual needs while following a cohesive program. Each participant receives personalized coaching cues, modifications, and progress tracking within the small group setting.

With a maximum of 4 participants per session, each individual benefits from focused guidance while also enjoying the motivation and camaraderie of training alongside others. This setup allows for a balance of personalized coaching and group energy, creating an environment that is both supportive and results-driven.
